At some point, Atlantis must figure into this triumvirate, but that’s not apparent in this, the first book, of dojegan series.

Although the idea of the story was interesting, the writing was rather bland. The first made me feel the same way.

Just a short stretch in beginning that didn’t grab me and that was military in the jungle, but that isn’t the focus, just some background. Lots of typos interrupted the flow of the book. I also like the characters which the author had created: I did finish the book, though, which says something about the concept.

And, again, these were errors that appeared on every page of the book, each one breaking the immersion and taking me out of the story while my brain worked out what he was trying to say instead of what he actually had on the page.

I was not looking to read Dostoyevsky or Chaucer, so the book did the trick.
