Sure that the dropouts broke due to no using of torque arms but also the KU controller delivers 30A (~W) to the motor which is a LOT!!. I received a spare controller for it today. It is 36v w and internally it looks almost exactly like a KU The difference being that this one has. I have redesigned the KU63 motor controller from BMSbattery. Here is the circuit: Don’t use the image above, download the circuit high.

My electric bike has a standard 3 wire throttle connection which uses a varying voltage.

I didn’t used torque arms and I just had 30 seconds the bicycle with me and after the aluminium dropouts on the forque broke!! You’ll find it perfect for what you want. I had no idea. And the pulse length is the amount of time that sensor stays active, so it’s inversely proportional to the speed.
So you get an idea about the impedance and voltage levels. Its partner will be a black ground The red wire near where the battery comes in will be the 36v to the panel. So I figured I’d wire up Geo’s brake line. You can spend time researching on your own, which takes substantially longer; 3. I’ll dismantle it all tomorrow and have a look to see if the solder blob is maybe shorting against the adjacent tags, Q and A3.

The reason that it looks messy is because the tracks have been beefed up after wave soldering. Please read the project status, how to install the firmware, history and motivation on his website: It’s a KU65 not a KU PAS, throttle and panel. So, with the magic smoke released from those controllers, I won’t be reverse engineering them any more. I can’t get controkler to spin the motor yet though.

Is there a mod that can be done to the KU65, so that throttle can be used from standstill, and yet still enable pas if switched on? If you use a switch, the other wire will be a common ground.
And does it work backwards? Miuan’s suggestion is a good one, just snip one of the shunt wires assuming there are 2. So yeah you can de-rate the set-up you have or sell the kit and buy a lighter less powerful one. Because I wrote this log entry about you. Unfortunately, this probably means I’m abandoning these controllers for contrpller build.
All controllers don’t use the same connector placement. Unfortunately it’s wired differently. That durned magic smoke got out. Juicy partners with Neomouv Started by: Dave, thanks for all the effort ku36 put into checking your own controllers. It left behind some black soot and melted connector.
They’re no longer adhering to the board – par for the course with me desoldering. Your Email Remember me.
I’m not dexterous enough to flick the magnet rapidly past the sensor and turn the twist grip at the same time! It only took about 6 hours to trace out the majority of the circuitry; when I started wondering what the mystery circuitry was for seriously, there are pins on the CPU that have capacitors directly to ground and naught else – why?
Reverse Engineering: Brushless DC Motor Controller
This translates directly in to my engineering mantra: When you conntroller to actively brake the brushless motor, you just short out each of cpntroller electromagnet coils.
All I get is one level, which I think is level 3. I decided to stop decoding and move on to “can I get this to do anything? The difference being that this one has two pink wires that can be joined.
The printf output over UART serial: Once you know just a few bits of the fundamentals, you start realizing what the right sorts of controllwr are; and once you know the right questions to ask, it’s easier to find the answers. Is the one next to the common grounds on a joined pad or on one marked SD.
The other two will be its partner and the throttle signal.
